The Shipping Timeline
Six milestones carry your vehicle from the auction lot to your doorstep. The durations below are typical planning ranges for each step.
Estimates only. Every duration on this page is an indicative planning range, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual timelines vary with customs clearance, carrier schedules, port congestion, weather, and your final destination. Your account manager will confirm a tighter estimate once your sailing is booked.
Auction Win & Pickup
Once your winning bid is settled and paid, we schedule collection of the vehicle from the auction facility and confirm the release paperwork.
Inland Transport to Terminal
A licensed carrier hauls your vehicle by road from the auction yard to the assigned US export terminal, timed to the next available sailing.
Container Loading & Departure
Your vehicle is inspected, securely loaded, and consolidated into an ocean container. Export customs clearance is filed before the ship departs.
Ocean Transit
The container sails to your destination port. Transit time depends on region, routing, and carrier schedules across the shipping lane.
Port Arrival & Customs
On arrival, the container is discharged and your vehicle clears destination customs. Duties, taxes, and inspection timelines vary by country.
Final Delivery
After release, your vehicle is prepared and dispatched for last-mile delivery to your yard, dealership, or doorstep.
